Augustin Pfirsch has been advising and supporting his clients for fifteen years in the protection of their intangible assets through copyright, product and service marks, protected designs and models, patents, the protection of know-how, trade secrets and business secrets.

Augustin advises his clients in implementing the protection of their intangible assets (filings and registrations), during the negotiation and drafting of their contracts (confidentiality agreements/NDAs, licenses, assignments, etc.), and ensures the defense of their rights in legal proceedings for infringement and/or unfair and parasitic competition (counterfeiting/unfair competition lawsuits, emergency interim measures, seizures for infringement, customs procedures), before French, European and Mauritian courts, as well as in the context of arbitration procedures for internet disputes relating to domain names (UDRP and URS procedures in particular). Augustin also regularly intervenes on intellectual property issues specific to public procurement and is thus the leading lawyer for several public law firms with whom he works closely.
